Whether your employees work schedule is static/fixed, swing, rotational, continental variable, daily or event based, you will be able to schedule and track exceptions against the schedule for fast, accurate time and attendance approval.
Static/fixed Schedules: For employees who always work the same shift.
Rotational or Pattern Based: User defined patterns enable you to generate any rotational schedules of any and all kind.
Continental: You can create and variety of continental schedules and assign the to individual employees or employee groups.
Event Based: You can generate single or multiple day event based schedules.
Mass Update Tools: Schedule information can be created, copied, modified or deleted en masse using our scheduling toolbox.
Availability Scheduling: Staff availability for part time/casual workers.
Budget Scheduling: Create scheduled hours budgets by departments.
Break Scheduling: The system can auto generate coffee and lunch breaks times based on user defined criteria.
Warnings: Scheduled hours vs budgeted hours, actual hours vs scheduled hours, scheduled overtime, schedules hours exceed employee standard hours.
Reporting: Click and pick report generator. Select employee fields, schedule transaction fields, sort order, groupings, output options to print, screen, PDF or Excel.
Link to other Modules: Employee Self Service module enable employees to view their work schedules and break schedules. Employees can maintain their own availability schedules, request time off and initiate a shift exchange.
Advanced Scheduling, when added in addition to our Employee Scheduling module, will enable you to create and maintain staff schedules to accommodate a 7-24, “critical fill” environment.
The system will provide you with visibility of who works when, where, and in what position. Once created you will have visibility of staffing hours, staffing costs, and scheduled hours vs budgeted hours.
Staff can be scheduled to work or scheduled to be absent (on leave) into the future for any period of time.
Once staff are scheduled you can apply a variety of changes to the schedule to reflect attendance exceptions such as bumps, swaps, substitutions, planned absenteeism, unplanned absenteeism, and staffing level adjustments. You can also create availability schedules for casual or part-time replacement staff.
The system dynamically creates unfilled positions as you update staff absenteeism.
A rolling list of unfilled positions is displayed, and a pick list of available, qualified staff is displayed in any sequence you define. You call employees and document declined and accepted shifts and the system dynamically updates a call list and substitution list.
